Medical-Grade Replacement Blood Pressure Cuff
Getting a reliable blood pressure reading starts with the right fit. If your cuff is too tight, too loose, or worn out, your monitor can easily off-shoot your true numbers by 10 to 15 mmHg.
Built to replace worn-out home cuffs or supply clinical practices, this universal upper arm cuff delivers consistent, hospital-level accuracy across standard digital blood pressure monitors.
Universal Compatibility & Sizing Guide
An improper fit is the leading cause of inaccurate home readings. Measure around your unhinged bicep at mid-arm level to choose the right size:
| Size | Arm Circumference (Inches) | Arm Circumference (Centimeters) | Best Suited For |
| Small | 6.7" – 8.6" | 17 cm – 22 cm | Slim arms & younger adults |
| Standard Adult | 8.6" – 12.6" | 22 cm – 32 cm | Average adult arm size |
| Large Adult | 12.6" – 16.5" | 32 cm – 42 cm | Muscular biceps & larger frames |
| Extra Large (XL) | 12.6" – 20.5" | 32 cm – 52 cm | Universal wide-range coverage |
Plug-and-Play Hose Adapters
Each cuff includes standard quick-connect air plugs (4.0mm, 4.6mm, 5.0mm, and 6.0mm). Swap in the connector that matches your device port to use with major home monitor brands, including Omron, Microlife, A&D Medical, Welch Allyn, and Beurer.
What Makes This Cuff Built to Last?
360° Artery Target Line: Printed placement guides sit directly over your brachial artery to prevent misplacement errors during self-measurement.
Latex-Free & Easy to Clean: Made with hypoallergenic TPU and seamless nylon that wipes down easily with isopropyl alcohol between uses.
Industrial Velcro Closure: Heavy-duty hook-and-loop fastening prevents slippage or popping loose mid-inflation, tested through 10,000+ expansion cycles.
Visual Index Indicators: Built-in gauge lines clearly show if the cuff size is correct for your arm before you press start.
4 Simple Steps for an Accurate Reading
Sit comfortably: Rest quietly with your feet flat on the floor and back supported for 5 minutes before pressing start.
Position the cuff: Place the sleeve on your bare upper arm about 1 inch (2–3 cm) above the bend of your elbow.
Align the tubing: Make sure the air tube runs straight down the inside center of your arm, following your brachial artery.
Secure and level: Snug the cuff so you can slide two fingers under the top edge. Rest your arm on a table so the cuff sits level with your heart.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will this replacement cuff work with my existing Omron unit?
Yes. As long as you attach the correct plastic connector nozzle from the included adapter set (or reuse your monitor’s original connector plug), it will work seamlessly with your unit.
Why does cuff size matter so much?
Using a cuff that is too small tricks the machine into overestimating your pressure (reading higher than it actually is). A cuff that is too large underestimates it. Matches matter for accurate tracking.
