Ordering Process

Step 1 – Ordering Information

Customers can contact our sales staff via phone, email, or business information platformfuture

Step 2 – Information Confirmation

After receiving customer order information, our sales staff will verify customer details and confirm product specifications, unit price, delivery date, shipping method, payment terms, etc. If special packaging is required, it must be confirmed by both parties before implementation.

Step 3 – Purchase and Sale Contract

After information confirmation, our sales staff will prepare a "Product Purchase and Sale Contract" for the customer to confirm and sign. In case of stock shortages, the salesperson will contact the customer to discuss replacement or rescheduling when stock becomes available. The                  transaction officially takes effect after the contract is signed.

Step 4 – Payment/Receipt Confirmation

After both parties sign the purchase and sale contract, the customer will make payment through the company's designated payment channel.

Step 5 – Shipping Arrangement

After confirming receipt of payment from the customer, our company will arrange shipment according to the delivery date agreed upon by the salesperson and the customer and will be responsible for tracking the shipment.
